Touch Pro 2 and PS3??

I am looking to use my Touch Pro 2 as a PS3 remote. I would ideally like to use it to control movie playback and also as a wireless keyboard etc. Apparently the MobileSRC Mobile Remote program is incompatible with the TP2 because of the different Bluetooth stack.

Is there a different program out there I can use to give me this functionality, or is there a way to get my TP2 to use the Microsoft Bluetooth stack without flashing the phone?

+1 on this! im currently in the process of hooking up an extra desktop to my PS3 thru a crossover cable n use the ps3 and a front-end for all my DVD and BD movie back-ups on that pc. Be able to use my TP2 as the keyboard for my PS3 = PRICELESS!

I havent seen anything on this site to do that. Might try googling it, or just get used to your PS3 controller.

What technology is the PS3 controller? The Xbox 360 remote runs on IR while the controllers on closed 2.4GHz protocol. I have never read anything about a phone being able to be compatible.

PS3 uses standard bluetooth.

Well here is a Crackberry solution that was developed. So, it seems it's definitely a possibility. Maybe if the source code is available for this app. somehow. Then perhaps someone with the proper knowledge of both Blackberry apps. and WinMo apps. could work on a port.
