Still getting Error Code 67 after Fix for tethering

Hey guys

I searched for a solution and was given a Sprint update fix cab fix but that didn't work. I also tried the Update profile as well and I am still getting a error code 67 for tethering.

I am not using any roms or anything, everything is all stock.

tried dling this cab, http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=42969&page=2

still no fix.
