Anyone running IMPACT! Need a little help...

Always back up files you replace in the windows folder I knowww I know. Ok so I was trying to modify the lock screen a bit and ended up with some...let's call them interesting results. So if someone could post up the following files from their windows folder that would be AWESOME and help me immensely. I'll be sure to hit that green button, thanks in advance!
