my background/theme turned blue??

I'm quite the noob when it comes to all that goes on in this community and on my tp2, so bear with me please. I have mighty rom and everything has been working fine. very well, in fact. once in a while i restart my phone when my ram usage gets a little high. well, i did this and all of a sudden my background and theme turned blue! it doesn't seem to be catastrophic, and nothing else has really gone wrong, but im curious as to what may have happened. my normal home screen has the proper background and color, but when i go say, into all programs everything is blue

this happened to me too. i think it was because i uninstalled some of the preinstalled themes. thats when i first noticed it.
