Problem With Unlock and Flash of My HTC Touch Pro 2 /Vodafone/ GSM..?

Hi there
I bought HTC Touch Pro 2 from the Internet ,, but the language of interface is not English.. And in order to change it to English I decided to unlock and flash over to an English rom..
I'm New in this stuff .. And I'm trying to do this (In the Video)

But it doesn't work for my phone ,, during the unloacking process phone interupts with the Warning Message ""This package is not intended for your device type !!! High chance of bricking !!! Exiting now""

Now I don't know how to Unloack and Flash to new Rom..
Any Ideas ?

My phone uses sim card to make calls i "don't know how it calls CDMA or smth else.?"
next to Image Version it shows -- PROven_1_5
And from the Logo of Vodafone I guess it's Vodafone HTC Touch pro 2..
I gess thats all about my Phone..
