You can try and see if it works. If it doesn't work, there's no harm done to your system. It'll just ignore the registry key.

I tried to do the regedit myself and no luck, i'll try the cab and see what happens.

This will only work with the new stock 6.5 rom on verizon. It will not work with the 6.1 rom
