Phone replacement question

I got my TP2 as a TP replacement about 3 weeks ago.. I dropped my phone at a football game the other night, and now it's acting completely odd.. missed calls..failed texts, random resets. Even after a hard reset, the behavior continues.

I do have insurance, but was also wondering if i would be able to get it replaced by the store since im still within my 30days of new ownership? Anyone know?

is there any obvious physical damage? if not, it shouldn't be hard to get a replacement if you tell them that it's been like that. if so, your chances are slim to nil because in-store techs blame everything, hardware and software issues, on any dents or water damage

no damage = under 30 day replacement

jsut dont say u droped it say its been like that and you just didnt have time to replace it

Being a Sprint user, you should expect them to blame everything on you for quite some time.. they don't like handing out replacement phones, precisely because people like you damage your phone and bring it back to them for a handout.

Regardless, if there's no physical damage, you should be able to get away with it.
