Re: Ring tone file is corrupted
Maybe change ringtones and if it is a downloaded ringtone... re-download it. If now maybe try a softreset or a hardreset.

i have done the basics like change files and delete old files. Yes soft reset helps for a moment but not a solution to when it stops. Hard reset is the most extreme I am sure others have had this issue who can comment as well. However thank you for the reply... |

Re: Ring tone file is corrupted
Some ringtones after a flash tend to become corrupt. Why I am not sure. I have looked into this and just decided to give up. What I recommend is store your ringtones on your storage card. After flash transfer those tones to your phone. Never fails me. Besides..keeping them on your storage card gives you a backup for this type of situation.
