Side volume up button

Hi guys,

I recently got a refurb Touch Pro 2 and I noticed that the volume up button is not as easy to press as the volume down button. I have to press down really hard on the volume up button to get it to acknowledge the key press while with the volume down button it is very easy. I can hear the volume down button 'click' at the bottom of the key press but don't hear the same 'click' for the volume up even after pressing it hard enough for the device to acknowledge the key press.

Could someone chime in on whether this is normal for the TP2? If not, I have to get it repaired =/

No it's not normal. I feel a click on both up/down and both push the same.
