I tried to use mobile shell 3.5.2 but the weather widget did not work for me at all. Plus there were few other widgets what came up blank.

I flip/flop between sense and MS. Not caring much for titanium.

No, it doesn't fix the dialer issue. Not unless you are using WM 6.5. It's been confirmed by other users at Spb Forum.

are all these shells, or are any of them roms? I am getting to the point that I want to start trying different shells on my phone (I dont want to start flashing roms yet) but only know of the names of 2. I know that their are areas of this fourm that has them listed but sence their is a poll I thought I'd ask here.

These are all programs that sit on top of windows mobile. They are all shell or GUI replacements. These are not ROMS

Manila-TF3D(TouchFlo)- HTC Sense are all the same program but different versions
