vzw tp2 videos slow and file share

how do I for free file share between my vista pc and vzw tp2? I want to transfer my downloaded files from my tp2 to my vista pc wirelessly. not with usb but wireless.

why can't the tp 2 play videos with good smooth playback? is it cus of the slow hardware? any video file I have downloaded the tp2 plays jerky and slow. this is any video regardless of kbps etc. wmv etc.
