Panoramic Launchpad - 3 big issues

This software is exactly what I was looking for my Touch Pro2, but it does have three significant drawbacks:

1)The redraw of the launch page when the device is rotated takes forever...about 8-10 seconds on average.

2)The program sometimes makes the windows default task manager in the upper right corner disappear... The only way to restore it is to soft reset!

3)The memory usage is huge... 8 mb+ slows down my device to the point of negating the benefits of the launcher...

If these three points could be addressed, this would be the most useful app on my device.
