Am I the only one having problems with Mighty Rom on the TP2?

i havent seen any other posts about this sort of problem so i wonder if its just me or if people are tolerating the slowdown and instability just because they NEED to be on a custom rom..

When i had my TP1 I mainly used mighty roms because of the speed stability and great battery life. Ive had my TP2 for about 3weeks and and i generally like the stock rom, but since mighty's roms have pretty much always been faster and more battery efficient than stock i decided to give it a try.

i tried the release from late November and it actually was slower than stock (especially in the first minute or so after boot) and it would often freeze.. This was with no additional software added except the neupower control panel so that i can monitor battery use.

i went back to stock..I then tried the Dec 6 Rom with hopes that it would be more stable and faster... unfortunately it has the same problem for me..

AM I THE ONLY ONE??

People go to custom ROMs since they are 6.5. There are some other features you get such as the weather on the home screen which you wouldn't get on 6.1.

Then they are taking everything from a phone that is better than the TP2 and putting it on the TP2. So it will be slower but the advantages make up for it.

I find MightRom 12.06.09 to be blazing fast compared to the stock junk. I then proceed to install way too much crap and slow it down myself. I don't blame the Rom, I blame me.

that is not true ,
you can get it from SSK or calkulin ROMs/kitchens

MM 12/6 was the best wm6.5 rom I've tried. Better than stock for sure.

hmm.. maybe its my phone then... cause MM 12/06 slows my phone down without adding anything to it..

Did you hard reset after you flashed??? It makes a huge difference!!!

had to update..
flashed MM 12/19/09 and didnt isntall a single thing on it..

and this time not single problem, no slowdown, no freeze ups..

I think before maybe I had issues due to a custom taskbar and %1 increment cab? i only used recommended taskbars ...

this time i havent isntalled anything (even though i hate the wierd backwards looking battery and dont like that it "seems" like i have less signal reception

so I guess MM 12/19/09 works perfectly fine on my phone afterall..
ive been using it for 2 days without an incident of any sort..
