There may be others, but those are the most prevalent to me. Especially the second one. If any of those ring a bell, you may want to pass on the Droid for now.

I use IGO8 which is standalone, a must have for me. If Android doesn't offer this, then it's a done deal for me to go with the TP2. Although doesn't the Droid have some form of turn-by-turn with voice built right into it?
Also, media doesn't matter to me as much since I also have an ipod touch which I use for all media playback.
I would also add wireless tethering to your list since, after much looking, I can't find an Android app that fully does this
