Import registry file without prompt ?

Is this Possible ? I have a few tweaks I have to import after every soft reset.

I made a reg file and put it in the startup folder .. but I get a prompt.

make a mortscript to change the registry directly and then call that in startup

First you will need to install mortscript
Then you will need to create a mscr file that lists all the registry changes that you want.
Then place a link to that mscr file in /windows/startup

Best thing is just to read the manual for instructions on use. Or you can tell me what the values are and I can throw together a cab for you.

Here is some examples of the differnt type of registy values
RegWriteDWord( "HKCU", "Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings", \"SMSDeliveryNotify",1 )

RegWriteString( "HKCU", "Software\Mort\MortPlayer\Skins", \"Skin", "Night" )

RegWriteBinary( "HKCU", "Software\Mort\Dummy", "", "C000" )

I think you need to change one of the security settings. Installing the Enable Rapi cab (http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=78019 Useful Modification 2) should do this.

I use SKTools and it comes with "Registry Explorer". You have to actually open the app and tell it to be the default program associated with .reg files, but once you do, tapping on a .reg in future will not prompt you to install the .reg nor prompt you that it's been installed. It caught me off guard at first because I did not think it was actually doing anything when I tried to install my .reg files through a regular file explorer app like Resco Explorer!!! But it works like a charm.
