Just set up Corporate Email now not reading storage card

I just set up for the first time on my TP2 access to my corporate email. Apparently, there is a Corporate Policy set up to require a PIN to access the phone. After the corprate policy was applied, the device had to reboot. Once the TP2 loaded, i noticed that it no longers reads any sd cards that i install. Could this be a corporate policy preventing access to the catd? Or could this be a bug with the rom. I am using SSK 3.1 Rom. Any way to fix this problem?

Re: Just set up Corporate Email now not reading storage card

Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2010 has a device policy option to restict access to certian mobile device option. Below are some options from Exchange 2007. Check with your corporate admins, but i bet they have some unchecked.

Exchange 2007 Mobile Policy (Device) Options:
Allow removable storage
Allow camera
Allow WI-FI
Allow infrared
Allow Internet sharing from device
Allow Remote Desktop from device
Allow synchronization from a desktop

Allow Bluetooth
--Allow
--Disable
--Handsfree Only

Re: Just set up Corporate Email now not reading storage card

This sounds like a corporate Exchange policy issue and the only recourse is to engage your Exchange Admins at work to confirm.

Re: Just set up Corporate Email now not reading storage card

So it was confirmed and the corporate policy was fixed so that I may be able to access the storage card.

Does anyone know if there is a way to prevent corporate policies from affecting my phone? I really don't like the fact that I have to enter a pin to unlock my phone.
