It has almost no lag
The touch screen uses much much less pressure
the telephone speaker sounds much nicer
Speakerphone mode doesn't give rattling distortion

The camera seems to take decent pictures - I had to take the battery cover off the TP to get decent pictures, this one doesn't seem to have that problem

That screen...is awesome.

I'm not really used to this new Touch Flo, and I wish it had Windows Mobile 6.5 on it already.

I can't get Sprint TV to work no matter how many buttons I push

Battery life is VERY improved - my TP would go about 4 hours before needing a charge, this one will last the whole work day, and a few hours afterwards.

I have also not noticed ANY overheating issues with this phone - even when its been on charge for a long time.
