As for UI..I admit it is not the "prettiest" but it works and its clean...first thing I do is change the color of it from purple to something else lol But it is free..at least for now.

Re: Best Messenger app
I don't recall the premium features in Palringo. Everything used to work fully. Now as of today.. or whatever the latest download is, things like showing avatars and changing fonts are now a premium feature. I don't know about your copy, but those things were always in the free version. I would always see someones avatar when I logged in to Yahoo. Now.... well.. you get the idea. I have been using Palringo since 2008, even on my Moto Q9M. As for IM+, I'm not gonna pay $40 bucks for an instant messaging application. For something that is typically free on a PC. And if I can find an app on WM that is free and works, I'll use it. Who cares about UI. Long as I can get to all the options and send/receive IM's. And also, be able to receive pending IM's when you log in.

Re: Best Messenger app
wow unusual for an almost vip to be bumping threads. nimbuzz sucks it would drain my battery, always put me in 1x and mess up the on screen keyboard to where it only puts in the numbers and symbols instead of letters. i just use OzIM it has a very lite memory footprint, doesnt drain the battery and it easily organizes contacts by groups and service which is something the others dont do.
