toolbar across my screen/ on screen typing

this happens way to much and its getting annoying. im running custom rom with the cleanup thingie (to lazy to go back and check what its called but its like the first stickie under tp2) ANYWAYS...

sometimes when i using my touch flo. when i exit a program i get the toolbar in the middle of my screen and it stays there for a while... sometimes i have to soft reset (which is annoying because no designated button just have to press and hold down top power key)

and the other issue i have is. when im using my on screen keyboard i would have everything closed but txt and my on screen typing is SO slow i dont mind it being slow but for some retarded reson it will type EVERY SINGLE letter i typed but it doesnt recognize the spacebar so when i let it catch up it just says a whole bunch of jibberish..

ANY ONE HAVING SAME ISSUES? ANY FIX?
