Question about ProClip Sprint TP2 mount

I am looking at the ProClip mount for the Sprint version of the TP2. My question is does the bottom of the mount cover or block the USB and headphone ports in any way?
I want to be able to use this mount and still be able to plug in power and headphones while it is mounted.

Thanks!

Re: Question about ProClip Sprint TP2 mount

Looks like it might obstruct. I am using my old ProClip mount for my Mogul, which fits PERFECTLY and has no obstructions on the bottom. Consider using that rather than the TP2 one. I can't slide open the keyboard, but wouldn't want to in the truck anyway.

I am too I had the one that supplied power and it does not obstruct USB. I have long removed the power part.

But the one posted looks pretty nice and doesn't look like it will block anything, that would be really dumb if they did and they are not stupid.

Re: Question about ProClip Sprint TP2 mount

Thanks for the info everyone.

TdiDave, definitely let me know what you find out when you get a real one in your hand. Not sure this will break my decision but it could certainly make my decision!

Re: Question about ProClip Sprint TP2 mount

FYI, just got this info back from ProClip support:

"Thank you for your interest in our ProClip device holders. The bottom support on 511093 does not block the ports on the phone."

Re: Question about ProClip Sprint TP2 mount

Well, never heard back from anyone on this thread... So I bought one myself. I can say that the bottom brack does not obstruct the USB or headphone ports in any way...
Just FYI...

Re: Question about ProClip Sprint TP2 mount

So can you put the mount in landscape / horizontal orientation AND slide the TP2 open while in this mount?
