Changing Notification LED Flash Rate

Is there anyway to make the Notification LED flash faster?

Currently, it flashes every 3 seconds so I have to stare at the phone for a few seconds to see if I have a new message. I can’t just glance at it because I could miss the flash.

Can I change that?
