Weather Update from Wrong City

I posted earlier about the weather update causing my time zone to switch. I think I figured out why that is - I live in Manchester, Iowa and the phone I believe is downloading weather from Manchester, New Hampshire! That would, of course, switch me to eastern time zone. Is there an easy way to add my local city. I gotta admit I have read the posts about the north american conflipper and they are all COMPLETELY over my head. Is there a way someone stupid can add a local city to the touch pro 2?
