MicroSDHCQuestions

I recently purchased this memory card:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...ss_T15_product

I wanted to free up some of my internal memory on my Sprint TP2, I figured out how to move my pictures and videos to the storage card but I wanted to know if there is a way to move any incoming text, emails, to the storage card as they come in so that I can free up even more space on the internal memory.

Thanks in advance!

It's not automatic putting it to the SD, but have you tried pimbackup?

Re: MicroSDHCQuestions

In your outlook settings you can have it put attachments on your memory card. But why bother with your other stuff it doesn't take up much space at all.

Re: MicroSDHCQuestions

Messages/contacts take up a negligible amount of space. Personally, I'd hard-reset and install all my games to the storage card, put all the music/pictures/videos on there, and install my regular apps in the system memory.

I don't put any apps in system memory unless I find they don't work right from the storage card and apps like that are rare. I have nearly everything running from my storage card.

Re: MicroSDHCQuestions

If you do a lot of browsing, you can move your internet cache to the card as well.

Go through your "My Documents" and "Program Files" directories and see what you can move to the storage card (be advised that some apps will not work if installed to storage card).

In the end though, our devices have a nice amount of internal storage and most people will be fine by just having their Pictures and Videos relocated. Contacts and texts are not worth the hassle unless you have some crazy amount like 100k-1M of each.

Go to the Mail tab in touchflo3d/manila, then go to "Accounts" > "Accounts..." > (then highlight you email account) "Menu" > "Options" and then at the bottom of your screen there should be tabs, select "Storage" and check the option "When available, use this storage card to store attachments"
