Questions about tp2 sprint

Connect your phone to a computer with ActiveSync, then open the Windows>Start Menu>Programs. Copy all the shortcuts from within the folders & paste them outside the folders in the start menu.

Then, delete the folders.

wait, how do you do this? I do not have the windows folder when my phone is connected to my pc.
