Default 6.5 lock question.

can it be skinned? on stock. well energys phoenix rom manila 2.1 with sense ui. the default lock slider is on top. clock is on bottom. I see for leo 2.5 on xda they can be swapped. putting slider on bottom clock on top. also a transparent background. I have been googlein got a while anyone know?
