hard spl unlock not working on my replaced phone...

Here's my solution to the "problem"...go ahead and pay the extra "donation", unlock your second, third, tenth phone then file a dispute with your credit card company or paypal or whatever claiming you never got the item you purchased.

that wouldn't work with paypal because it's filed as a donation

While you're burning your bridges consider where you'll be if unlocker guy permanently locks you out of any further downloads. Is it really worth a few dollars?
