I don't know why, but I've unlocked two phones, on the same computer, on the same network, with a static IP address. Nothing has changed other than the IMEI. My local user account is the same, my AD account is the same. Everything is the same EXCEPT the phone. Why did it work for me?

Right. We all waited for this 1 person to make the unlocker. Since they are the only one to make it they decided to make some money. If you spent 3 months making something everyone wants wouldn't you charge a little for all your hard work. This wasn't a one night project. Be thankful they gave us 1 free unlock.

Once a phone has been unlocked on a computer or network, you have to use a new phone on a new computer on a new network to unlock it. A phone can’t be anywhere near a network that has had an unlock, otherwise they will have to pay or contact support. Lol

It’s a RACKET, but we have no choice. Lol Well you do have a choice, either Pay to play, or don’t pay and can’t play. lol

This is exactly what happened to me, my dad and my brother. I unlocked first, then I tried to unlock my brothers on his laptop on the same internet connection which led to error. Took his phone to my dad's office to try there and it didn't work there. Using a different computer may have worked on some versions of the unlocker but that doesn't mean the program wasn't rewritten so as to keep people from unlimited use. Consider the situation where someone post the program on a website for free downloads. That would make it impossible for the developer to monitize it.
