Re: tomtom 7.9 on touch HD

I have Google Maps working but would like to get a more capable verizon, with the actual map on the Storage Card. I am guessing this is the case with tt7.x
Where do you get a copy? - Any other advice is welcomed.

Re: tomtom 7.9 on touch HD

Hi can I ask you guys something. For people who are using tomtom 7.4 / 7.9 on the HTC touch HD, did you guys install it in your storage card? If so how much how much program memory needs to be available before you can run tomtom? because I have tried installing it in my storage card and when I tried to run it, it says "Unable to run. Not enough memory available" but when I checked my program memory I still have around 120-130MB left out of 195MB of total program memory!

Thanx!!

I have the very same error message on my HD Touch! It obviousely has nothing do to with the available memory. So say at least several entries in other forums that I found. Still, I haven't found how to run my TomTom (Version 7.4) correctly. Please, please, guys out there, let us know what we have to do! Easy to understand step-by-step instructions would be very nice. Thanks.
