Edges of screen unresponsive?

Anyone else notice that the edges of the screen on the cmda diamond, cdma pro, and the HD seem to be MUCH less responsive than the screens of previous devices?

I "miss" the exit and start menu buttons pretty often and its pretty annoying lol.
Also the notification/title bar area plus other buttons along the bottom and side.

Re: Edges of screen unresponsive?

I agree ... Touch Diamond user here and on more than one occasion I have remarked (to myself, not out loud ) that the screen edges are not responsive.

Best regards,

I also have noticed that..... I have had the touch, diamond, touch pro. The touch had the best edges.

I agree. So ridiculous / retarded.

I have to admit that because of this and the unresponsiveness of the whole screen itself (still not sensitive enough at all) I may honestly be jumping ship to the iPhone. It seems that after jailbreaking etc it coud really be a nice device. (And I can use it w/ my T-Mobile contract w/ camcorder and mms capabilities).

I've said this 100x but.. my dad's old Dell Axim X5 (4 - 5 years old) still has a far more sensitive screen than anything I've tried but the iPhone (and it is still dang close, not to mention I don't really want a capacitive screen (forced to use finger))
