Text notification reminder/repeat

Hello all,

I have the HCT 6800 touch, but its not with any major carrier just a local cell company. Anyway the problem I am having is the ability to set up a repeat reminder after a text message is received. You can set up reminders for almost every other notification, but not text messages. Anyone know how to change this or set it up? Thanks in advance for your help. This is the first "smart" phone I have owned.
