I like the specs. But I don't like the design. Looks like a picture frame. LOL. I say, remove that send, home, end button and just put a touch sensitive d-pad in there. Since the phone is all touch screen, that buttons is not needed anymore. but dpad will be useful for a lot of things.

I was asking a secret model no. a few weeks back on another thread. It surfaced but noone can tell what it was. I found the answer. This phone is the QUAR100 aka The Quartz.

Edit: sprint is not gonna have it coz it's only a test smartphone for skartel network in russia. Only a few are made.

A guy from XDA,tazbo28 is dreaming of adding a keyboard on the Touch HD. He calls it Touch HD pro. He did a mockup of the HD and it looks really sexy. I like how it look and it should be very functional if HTC make 1. This is the real internet experience. If HTC release something like this, I will get it anyday. Check the mockup

Actually, there is a rumor going around (maybe even cinfirmed by a knowledgeable)
that a Touch HD or Similar device with Keyboard really exist. Just like the Diamond & Touch Pro pair. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

HTC has already said that they do not plan to EVER have a keyboard on their media devices (of which the HD is one and any device like it). Keyboards will only go on their business devices.

So, don't get your hopes up.

I read about this on another site a few weeks back and it appeared to me that this device wasn't coming to the sprint or the states for that matter. Is this still the case?

finally a HTC device with a decent size screen, this is the only feature I drool over from the Iphone.
