hello can i repair this htc cruise pola100

it show only 3 colors with :

POLA100
SPL_1.25.0000
CPLD-15

Check these out. Make sure they are correct for your phone before you try anything. It sounds like you are stuck in boot-loader. Have you tried re-flashing a stock ROM to see if that fixes your problem?
