Help me restore to original boot screen

hello...i am having an HTC Touch Viva (Opal) and i recently used a cooked WM6.5 image from XDA Developers...n tht crappy image has reset my boot screen to a semi-nude lady...damn thing!.. can u please help me restore it the original "smart mobility" image...i m talking abt the boot screen that shows ONBL, SPL, OS, and other info....
