Can NOT go to bootloader!

Hi & thanks for the site.

I have a Touch 3G T3238+ (Jade 100).

Vol. down + enter + power never worked!! I can NOT go to bootloader in any way!! So I can't even try to flash w/ a SD card! (I can't also HSPL coz of connection errors!)

Plz, any way out to open tri-color screen???
