Provision Problem... Not typical 1021 error...

Ok, so I will put this out there before I get flamed to hell...I have searched, read and tried all of the fixes for the 1021 error on here... And I have a good handle on flashing ROM's

This evening I flashed the Alltel WM5 ROM, and the interrupt of the Sprint install didnt work, so not having the time to troubleshoot it and reflash it, I reflashed the WM6 sprint ROM and restored my back up. My problems started when my Mogul decided to reprovision its self. No problem until it went 1021 error. I reset, Hard reset, and even reflased the WM6 ROM. No luck... Calls were coming through, so I knew the phone was on and working. I searched for the 1021 error here, and read all the threads and tried everything, with no luck. I let it go for an hour trying to provision. When I got to work tonight I tried to make a call and found out that my IMEI and MSID were reset to (000) 000-4461. So I reset them to my phone number, hit the IOTA again, and still got nothing. Multiple hard resets, and trying to provision a stock ROM aren't working either... So my question is this... What could be causing this error? The only things I can think of are 1. Sprints provisioning server is down... 2. My IOTA files are corrupted, and not allowing me to provision.... 3. My provisioning is corrupted on sprints end, and needs to be reset.

Anyone else here have any ideas? I am all out of them... Becasue I am about to admit defeat and call Sprint tomorrow... Hopefully I'm not screwed...

Thanks,
--MadHatter

Hey bro, check out my thread from earlier, you may have read it. I have no idea what happened with my phone so I'm still kinda trippin. Tomorrow is when I'm gonna master reset my phone. I already spoke to a friend who works at Sprint and he said he's got me covered if I wanna replacement. I won't do that if I don't have to though unless I think it's beneficial for me.

I am guessing this might be my problem... Anyone know if provisioning being down is part of the shift... And wILLk0r3 818, I am guessing that you are part of the shift as well, seeing as you posted that thread yesterday my guess is that you will come up either sometime today or tomorrow...

Daaaamn, I think I have no choice at this point because I had reset my connection profile. I think I'm just gonna go through with a hard reset but now I may push that back til tomorrow since the migration is completed today just in case that was the problem. It seems like even Sprints CSRs and high level techs don't know or don't bother to mention these kinda things when problems arise. =/
