HTC Home Plugin Broke my phone

Currently my screen is blank, and i can't see or tell whats going on but i hear sounds and tell its on my screen is just blank/black. I was using HTC home plug in and i think i clicked the launcher icon and clicked the 2nd icon after that. It turn my light brighter then off completely and now i can't get it back on.

You may have to go the good ole "hard reset" route if nothing seems to be working...

I wouldnt go as far as saying "it broke" your mogul, But more on the lines of "It seems that HTC home is somehow corrupted, and is now locking up completely"...

Note: Hard Reset (Restore to Factory Defaults / Erases Internal Memory) = Press and Hold Bolth Softkeys as you also Press the Soft Reset Pinhole with your Stylus, Then hit Y on the slide out Keyboard (just in-case this is your first Hard Reset I added this here)

Yes, you can do a hard reset without seeing the screen.

And don't you push r on the mogul or something like that? Its not y... there's x to cancel and some other letter I seem to be spacing.

Press and hold your 2 softkeys while soft resetting using your sylus in the reset hole. Continue to hold down those keys until the gray hard reset screen appears.

Press R to confirm the hard reset and then a little later (20-30 seconds) you will press space to reset.
