HTC Mogul stuck in HTC spash bootup screen after removal of program

I installed this chinese language system called CE-STAR for wm6 on my htc mogul, afterwards my HTC Mogul kept crashing (as in suddenly froze nothing will wake it back up). SO Ive decided to uninstall the program. Upon uninstalling, I rebooted the phone, now it is stuck in the HTC white splash screen, and I can do nothing to make it complete the boot up. Does anyone have any ideas? I have heard of the micro SD making the system do continuous boot ups, and I removed the micro SD card just in case. Both with and without the micro SD card I still have the splash screen stuck on boot up. Sometimes after waiting 12-15 minutes, the phone will reboot but sometimes it will not. Does anyone have any ideas? (besides a hardware restore that is). I tried soft rebooting, removal of battery for 10 minutes then turning it back on, nothing worked. I'm just looking for some help if anyone have any ideas, thanks in advance.
