IMO WM6 is faster for me, it just depend on what settings you use. Have you tried SKTools to adjust your settings for faster performance? Or any tweaks or modifications or did you just upgrade and go Ugh...this sucks? I've switched from Vista back to Windows XP I can see that, but not from WM6 back to WM5.

AF, unless you have found a way around the memory leak (ie a permanent fix), I dont see any reason to use WM6. Its a matter of personal preference and no one answer is right.

Vista had a lot more added to it than WM6 did over WM5 so i had a harder time dumping Vista than dumping WM6. It was a no-brainer for me.

Oh and i cant comment on bluetooth. I dont use it. *hears everybody gasp*

Note --- The above has a number of unnecessary steps included, however it is detailed and it saves me from writing. Main things to point out, 1) mtty is not necessary if you use ImCokeMan's titan_exitbl, and 2) You can enter the bootloader via Power + Camera + Soft Reset. You do *not* need to re-run the unlocker, meaning if you get RUU.rar the TempTytn info is totally unnecessary.

Good luck, hopefully someone (*cough*dishe*cough*) will get around to writing those tutorials for the PPC newbies who are adventerous enough to do this. I'm a bit too lazy and trying to devote my efforts to troubleshooting and testing/reviewing the roms

Blank, what was easiest for me was to extract the contents of the stock Sprint ROM update into a folder on my desktop. (its good to have a copy of the stock ROM anyway in case you run into trouble...) You can use a tool called 7-zip to do this. Then all you have to do is copy the new .nbh file into the directory you created - thus overwriting the stock RUU_signed.nbh file. Once you have done that, just launch the ROMUpdateUtility.exe file and follow the prompts.

The above is all assuming you have already unlocked your Mogul... if you haven't then I suggest reading EVERY post in the sticky about Titan Unlocking at the top of this thread. If you follow the directions exactly you won't have any problems.

Remember, you will need the new titan_exitbl app that ImCokeMan whipped up - which you will know about and have in your possession anyway, once you have read the unlocking thread thoroughly.

ok i figurd out how to load the nbh file but when it gets to 70% it says the file is corrupted... is there another file somewhere that is wm5 or where can i get the hybrid rom?

idk what to do i keep getting errors that its corrupted i tried every file in the ftp that said wm5..i did the ruu...i changed the file names nd i started the update...am i missing something?
