Hardware Keyboard Problems (not software related)

im running into a problem on my mogul, mainly the space bar, it seems like as time goes on, im having to give it a harder and harder push for it to register me hitting it, anyone else having any hardware keyboard problems?

im thinking of turn it in, but i dont want a dim screened mogul...

The function button (blue dot) has been intermittent at times, usually when I haven't used it in a few hours...
