HAHAHA...I wish...I do still have to call them to get the settings because it's obviously not just a restore of the setting. That would have been nice because it would have fixed me.

After entering your MSL you go to View Info and then M. IP Customer Profile1.
Each one of those settings have something specific that must go in place. i.e. Enable Profile - Enable NAI - yourusername@sprintpcs.com MN HA SPI Set - Enable MN HA SPI Value - 4D2 and so on... I'm not sure how specific this is to each user so don't blame me for bricking your device. This was more of an FYI because someone else reporting having the IOTA prevent connection and a Sprint Rep replaced the phone when Tech support can fix. |
