I'm curious to know why people cared....to see if it's something I would care about. Thanks to no2chem, now I know the WHOLE story behind the concern.
The whole point of these online communities is to inform and assist the public....and share info. I was trying to get the info out of people. I don't think anyone knew the answer to "why" or had bothered to think about it, otherwise they would have volunteered the answer. They just reported their findings because other people were doing it. Thanks again for the straight answer no2chem....  I have no performance issues or memory leak issues.....or bluetooth audio quality issues. I will get my PCB ID so it can be added to the dataset.
