Help me please with my 6800

Could some one please help me with my 6800. I have a friend who added two programs - iphoneskin and slidezunlock to his 6800 and now it runs like an iphone. I must be really blonde today because I can not get this to work! Please give me step by step instructions on how to do it. This is a new phone and I dont want to mess it up.
