I went to the Sprint store and they gave me a 800 number to call. They ordered me a new phone and are emailing me return labels for the defective one. Do they expect me to send my phone in before they send me a new one? Also, she said something about including all accessories, so that means I won't be able to keep anything? How picky are they when you send stuff back to them?
I'm not sure if I should keep my existing battery from this phone. I know this battery will last me a few days, and I've heard the horror stories of some people having batteries that don't last long. Should I keep my known good battery and send back the new battery with the defective phone?
