what's your battery power when this happens. I have noticed that with my mogul if the batt power drops down to around 30 percent this starts happening periodically, and does it even more the lower the batt power gets. I'm not sure why it's doing this, but I have found that as long as I keep the charge at least 40 percent, it never does this.

now that you mention it. i've had the same phenomenon occur under identical conditions. maybe a way to conserve batt life?

it could be, but it kinda sucks if it is cause you miss calls.

yeah - also if it does drop down to under 30 percent, I have noticed that even after charging it back up it still does it some until I soft reset. After that though it works perfectly. So I just try to make sure that it doesn't get below 30 - 40 percent before I charge it again. This sucks though because it will prob kill the batt sooner, but I love this phone so I am just going to get another batt off ebay probably.
