Orange charging light turn green when done?

I did a search and didn't find anything to answer my question. When I charge my mogul I get the orange LED light on. Usually I charge it when I go to bed and when I wake up in the morning it is showing a green LED. However I have charged it during the day when it needed to be charged and the orange LED is still on and the phone is showing it is charging but it shows 100% battery life.

Does everyone else's LED turn green when its done charging?

Just in case for further reference, this happens because the Mogul does not show the meter in 1% increments.

So even though the meter shows 100%, the battery itself may be between 95-100%
