Any1 filed insurance on a Alltel Titan recently?

if so, what fone did they replace it with? i am in the middle of a claim and they told me my replacement would b a titan. =( i would like a touch pro or touch pro 2 if possible.

not sure about the insurance, but i just took my mogul to a sprint store b/c of the call button not working, they just gave me another refurbished mogul. The refurbished mogul isn't working so i return that same day and they ordered another Mogul for me, so if you're just wondering, seems like they still have ton of those around

ahh that sucks, well i lost mine and they wont do nething at the store. ive had 2 refurb moguls and they both had problems so mayb i should complain that i need a BRAND NEW fone n hope that works.

is there any1 out there thats gotten asurion to send them a tp1 r 2 as a replacement to a mogul. i need a fone bad, jus not another mogul

i curious too if sprint is just replacing the mogul with TP or even TP2 because i was gonna put it on my girls account and do a claim on it

i am callin asurion again tomorrow. im gonna let them kno that ive had several moguls and i dont want another one due to problems ive had with them previously. then hopefully theyll offer tp1 r tp2

I can't speak for Alltel, (but since Verizon owns them) Verizon still has Titans in stock and is replacing them with the same. I called Assurion and asked what my replacement would be if I filed a claim and was told "another XV6800, we have plenty of those". I bought the Imagio/Whitestone instead of filing the claim, but I'm going to return the Imagio and stick with the 6800 for a while.

yea they have both alltel and verizon 6800s. cool fone, but im not payin $100 for another 1... ebay, here i come!
