I can't speak for Alltel, (but since Verizon owns them) Verizon still has Titans in stock and is replacing them with the same. I called Assurion and asked what my replacement would be if I filed a claim and was told "another XV6800, we have plenty of those". I bought the Imagio/Whitestone instead of filing the claim, but I'm going to return the Imagio and stick with the 6800 for a while.
