Flashing to cricket problems

I have been trying to flash my mogul over to cricket for the past couple days using QPST and i can not get the phone to connect to it. in the device manager is says there is a driver missing for it. (Generic serial driver) so im assuming thats the problem, but i cant locate the driver anywhere nor will windows find it. i have found several people with the same problem, but no working answers were given. can someone point me to the driver needed, or maybe another way to fix this issue and flash my mogul?

first off you need to put your phone in diag. mode (#3424#)
