If you use the HTC Home plugin you should also get the htc home customizer here:
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=6355 you can download the customizer ( hhcv08b_140 zip file at the bottom of the first post) and when you first run it on your ppc it will download all the other stuff that you need. Just be sure that if you are using the X-button app you use version 1.5 instead of 2.0 (there are some comp. issues with 2.0 and the htc home app) and make sure that you have the settings for the x-button app to create a button in the top right of the today screen to close any open apps and have it set to press and hold x to close.
