Email voice reader?

Just wondering.... is there anything that will read out my emails. I see myself getting a lot of emails while I am driving and almost killing myself trying to read them while I drive. Please let there be sokething out there that will do this. Or even a program that will allow me to highlight a paragraph and click read it or something.

i know the new fords do it, but it would be a nice thing to know. But since i dont drive a ford I also would like to know. Also if this could work for texts also

Ok.... I found solution, its not very effective or efficient but it will get the job done. Ok... this how its done. First open up your email and highlight the text message or text email and copy. Then go to http://www.research.att.com/~ttsweb/tts/demo.php

and paste it. Once it ask you where to save the converte text to speech just click on open not saved. And walla! you emails gets read to you. This is great if its a long email I guess... otherwise just freaking read There must be a easier way.

I think doing that while you drive is harder than just reading the email...
